Upstream Festival 2023

Problem

For Upstream Festival 2023, Monika was tasked, among others, with developing and implementing a detailed marketing, PR, and ticket sales strategy, covering a broad spectrum of channels, including social media, website content, newsletters, and targeted communications through the Swapcard app.

Solution

Comprehensive organic and paid multi-channel online and offline marketing strategy together with timelines, deadlines and deliverables.

Campaign was executed with collaboration with multiple stakeholders, it involved management of social media trainee, management and communication with external PR agencies, media buyer agencies, also close coordination with the event organizer, to ensure seamless branding consistency at the festival location.

These duties represented just a portion of the broader Marketing Lead role during this period, underscoring the extensive scope of the contributions to the success of Upstream 2023, with over 45,000 website visits and more than 12,000 clicks to ticket checkouts.
